ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Our apartments are available from 3:00 PM so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
If you will be arriving after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can welcome you accordingly.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:00 AM.

PETS

Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome!
At Home's am Hof, you can bring your pets for an additional charge of €10 per day,
so the whole family can feel comfortable.

Please inform us in advance if you are bringing pets.

BREAD SERVICE

You can order fresh bread for the next day until 6:00 PM. In the morning around 7:00 AM,
the bread will be waiting at your apartment door – a perfect start to the day!

CHILDREN'S EQUIPMENT

Upon request, we are happy to provide a crib, cozy children's bedding, and a high chair,
so our little guests feel right at home.

PAYMENT METHOD

We would like to inform you about the options for paying the remaining balance for your booking.
The following payment methods are available:

Advance bank transfer:
You can transfer the remaining balance in advance. Please ensure the amount is credited to our account before your departure.

Cash payment on-site:
You can pay the remaining balance in cash upon your departure.

Please note that we CANNOT accept debit or credit card payments on-site!

DEPOSIT

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 50% of the selected arrangement.

Your reservation will only be confirmed after the timely receipt of the transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note our cancellation policy in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH):

Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date: No cancellation fees.
Cancellation 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellation 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellation in the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, the entire amount of the booked arrangement will be charged.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Your travel plans are important, but we know that unforeseen events can always occur.

To travel with peace of mind, we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
This will ensure that you are well protected against unforeseen situations such as illness,
cancellation, or other unexpected events, allowing you to enjoy your trip worry-free.

FINAL CLEANING

We charge a one-time fee for the final cleaning of the apartments,
which varies depending on the apartment type.

LOCAL TAX

The local tax is not included in the offer price and amounts to €3.50 per person per night.
Every guest aged 15 and over must pay this.

SMOKING

To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you only smoke outdoors or on the balconies. Please note that our entire house is designated as a non-smoking area.
